Objectives:

• Raise the overall profile and value of Tourism in the Southern Highlands
• Strengthen our relationships and opportunities with Tourism NSW and other key Regional Tourist Associations such as Tourism Wollongong
• Grow Tourism in the Southern Highlands
• Initiate and facilitate effective co-operative marketing campaigns
• Implement and develop strategies for niche markets
• Continue to communicate the availability and sale of products via the Visitor Information Centre and website
• Grow our membership base while providing value for money
• Undertake a product audit with the view to isolating product gaps and developing existing and new product
• Focus on our core strengths
